This instrument is used to test the oxidation stability of gasoline and can be used for determination of oxidation stability of petroleum under accelerated oxidation, to evaluate the possibility of colloid generation during oxidation of petroleum products. Our liop-177 gasoline oxidation stability tester comprises with following components: 1. Liquid bath:- square in shape. Inner chamber made of stainless steel and outer made of mild steel duly powder coated. The gap between is thermally insulated. Bath liquid stirring by motorized stirrer. Bath temperature control by microprocessor based controller. There will be provision of placing two number bomb in bath. Fitted with a over heating cutout system and supplied with two number s.S cover to cover the hole of the bath when not in use. 2. Oxidation bomb:- made of stainless steel and highly polished.& glass container. (1 no) 3. Pressure gauge (1no) 4. Quick coupling with oxygen filling device. Features:- 1, the oxidation stability of gasoline tester is compact, easy to operate and comfortable. 2, it can simultaneously accommodate two standard oxygen bomb and easy to assembly and disassemble. 3. Oxygen bombs are made of stainless steel 4, liquid bath is made of stainless steel, rust-proof and durable. 5. The oxidation bath is airtight, no vibration, no noise and no need for fluid replacement during the test.
