JZJW series roots-oil-free reciprocating vacuum system comprising a roots vacuum pump as the main pump, and a WLW vertical oil-free reciprocating vacuum pump as the backing pump, the two pumps is parallel connected. These system remain the advantage of large pumping speed, which belongs to ZJP series vacuum pumps, and at the same time avoid the disadvantage of low pumping speed when it comes to high ultimate vacuum, which belongs to WLW series vacuum pumps. Thus JZJW series system is widely used in the processes of vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation and vacuum dehydration & crystallization for chemical industry;freeze-drying for food industry; vacuum drying for pharmaceutical etc.
