These grades are composed ofelectrical alkali-free glass woven fabric base impregnated with an epoxy resin binder under pressure and heat. They have extremely high mechanical & electrical strength. Good dielectric properties under dry and humid conditions. Excellent rigidity and dimensional stability.
G10/fr4 temperature index: 140 degree celsius
G11 temperature index: 155 / 180 degree celsius
