The steel grating plate is formed by crosswise arranging bearing bars and cross bars (twisted square steel, twist steel, flat steel and so on) at certain intervals, performing orthogonal combined welding or pressure locking for fixing to form a steel member with square gratings in the middle, and performing deep processing through processes of cutting, tapping, edge covering and so on and meets the requirement of customers. The steel grating plate is mainly used for manufacturing steel structure passage platforms, step plates of steel ladders, various trench covers and so on, and is roughly classified into a pressure-welded steel grating plate manufactured by welding flat steel and cross bars through a pressure resistance welding machine, and a pressure-locked steel grating plate manufactured by transversely and longitudinally welding flat steel according to manufacturing methods. The finished steel grating plate can be prevented from being oxidized through hot galvanizing generally. The steel grating plate also can be made of stainless steel. The using amount of the steel is saved most under the same load condition, and the material of a supporting structure can be correspondingly reduced.
