Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) splitter features wide operating wavelength range, good channel-to-channel uniformity, high reliability and small size, and is widely used in PON networks & FTTx projects to realize optical signal splitting & management.
Cassette-type PLC splitters accomodate PLC splitter chip and input/output array in a small box, the input/output fiber diameter will be built to 2mm or 3mm. All fibers can be offered open-ended for future spicing or pre-terminated various types of connectors.
