Concrete pump truck is produced by reconstruction of the truck chassis. It is installed with movement and power drive, pumping and mixing device, material distributing device and some other auxiliary devices on the chassis. The power of the concrete pump truck adopts power transfer case to transfer the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump or the rear axle. The hydraulic pump pushes the piston driving the concrete pump to work. Then it uses the material distributing rod and the delivery pipe on the pump truck to convey the concrete to a certain height and distance. In addition to drive the pump truck to run, the engine on the concrete pump truck can also be used to drive the working devices such as pumping mechanism, mixing mechanism and material distributing mechanism and so on. The power of each working device of the concrete pump truck is from the truck engine. When the concrete pump truck works, the power of the truck engine is transferred to the transfer case through the transmission gear. It will be then transferred to each hydraulic pump or chassis rear axle after switching by the transfer case.
