The capsule size is from 8mm to 30 mm with threaded anchor rod. A capsule contains acrylate resin (vinyl ester), peroxide(hardening agent), quartz particle.When the components are combined, they form an adhesive mortar which mechanically bonds the anchor rod to solid base material. This type of system must be used with a chisel pointed anchor rod which spin into it with a rotary hammer drill.
