The dispersion and sedimentation makes mist form bigger drop and form a connection point. This drop will become more and more bigger till it is heavier than the composition forces of gas rising force and liquid's surface tensile under the action of wire's wetting property, liquid's surface tensile and wire's capillarity; therefore, liquid drop will be separated and fall off from wire. It nearly doesn't contain mist after gas gets through wire mesh demister.
