Modern climbing formwork systems consist of large wall forms mounted on climbing scaffolds. As part of the first concrete pour, the climbing supports are attached to pre-set anchor bolts. This ensures the transfer of wind and constant loads from the wall formwork and supports. The formwork also used two climbing brackets to create a working platform to align and support the panels. After pouring the concrete, the lifting boots and screws were installed. Both the climbing platform and the formwork were then lifted to a new suspension point for the next pouring cycle.
