- Chili peppers have a spiciness of 50,000-100,000 SHU (according to the Scoville scale of spiciness).
Chemical composition:
Chili peppers are rich in �²-Carotene (provitamin A), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), tocopherol (vitamin E) and capsaicin, dihydrocapsaicin plays a role in making 70% of chili's spicy taste.
The enterprise supplies the market with fresh chili, dried chili, and paprika according to customer orders.
