1. For all orders, payment will be 100% irrevocable, confirmed, valid Transferable DLC at Destination.
2. Pay after customs, SGS, quality inspection at China Port.

Procedure
1) Buyer to provide LOI
2) NCNDA Seller will provide DocuSign NCNDA. Full Name and Email address required for relevant parties (including end buyer as well)
3) LOI to [will be provided]
4) Seller and Buyer sign Sales & Purchase Agreement.
4) LOA linking $ to LOI
5) Submitted to Financing Bank (FB) for approval.
6) If approved, SPA and LC format populated and provided by FB.
7) Zoom call with Title Holder for all and timelines for LC, production, and logistics.
8) SPA is signed, LC is funded.
9) Production begins, weekly shipments made with packets of SGS, BOL, CIF documentation.
10) Shipment arrives at designated CIF port. Buyer inspects and approves payment.
Buyer verifies all information and details for order confirmation, Inspection, Loading and Transportation Monthly.
Once Goods are ready, Seller books SGS, Invitation Letter from the Seller factory to assist buyer visit warehouse upon loading and transportation. SGS date is notified to Buyer. Buyer can attend inspection if he wants.
On successful SGS, Buyer inspect goods, Seller will provide full & clean SGS inspection report, certificate of Origin and Commercial Invoice.
