Buyer must purchase in Cash/MT103, Deposit required for contract, No SPOT, FOB SITE OR FOB PORT. Irrevocable SBLC for purchase amount/ No Milestone. Note: SBLC cannot be use to purchase coal. Will be returned after completion of all lifts.
