Our bees worked tirelessly, in the Lychee Orchards in the months of March and April to produce this exclusive and aromatic Lychee Honey. Its aromatic floral flavour makes it the most popular honey among young children. 2. Wild Thyme Flower Honey: The most valuable and highly medicinal honey, produced at an altitude of 12,000ft in the Miyar Valley of Lahaul Spiti district, Himachal Pradesh. With a strong acquired taste and a pungently herbal smell, Wild Thyme honey is mother nature's gift to us. Wild Thyme honey has one of the highest antioxidant ratings for any honey in the world, (3 to 4 times higher than other honeys) and is also very high in antibacterial activity. 3.
