Maize Gluten is a high protein substance. It is one of the byproducts of corn wet milling process. It is a rich source of proteins used in Poultry Feeds and Feed Manufacturing units. Corn gluten meal (often simply called CGM) is a byproduct of corn (maize) processing and used in animal feed manufacturing. It can also be used as an organic herbicide.
