This is a rubber adding Chlorine instead of methyl to the structural formula of natural rubber, which has the same elasticity as NR, relatively superb heat-resistance, oil-resistance, and weather-resistance compared to NR and SBR, which are the general-purpose rubbers, and similar ozone-resistance as NBR.
