FADA Â Alcohol Yeast is well acknowledged by end users for its high thermal tolerance (the main fermentation temperature ranges from 32 to 40C), acid resistance, alcohol tolerance (13%), sugar tolerance (60% glucose), high alcohol yielding rate, low residual sugar and non-acid yielding. It is suitable for the fermentation of corn, rice, cassava and other starch or molasses to produce alcohol or liquor. It can help to simplify the formula and control the cost. There are two thermal tolerance grades available, which are Normal-Thermal (the best temper -ature to be 32-35C) and Thermal-Tolerant (the best temperature to be 38-40C).
