PRICE: Shall be determined by the average of three consecutive days around the Bill of Lading (the day before, the day of b/1 and the day after) based on Dubai Platt's.
DISCOUNT: Gross USD 8.00/BBL, Net USD 5.00/bbI to the buyer.
COMMISSION: USD 1.50/BBL Seller Side.
USD 1.50/BBL to be divided between Buyer and Sellers side. Buyer pays all commissions.
