SURFACE PREPARATION
For maximum adhesion, the adhesive surface must be free of dust, release agent, oil and grease. Wipe surface with solvent is recommended. Solvent are obtainable from ITLS-SB.

APPLICATION
ITSEAL can be used with hand operated or air operated grease pump. Other simple extruding device can also be used but it has to be solvent resistance.
LIMITATION
* Not suitable large gap wider than 5 mm wide and deep. For deeper joint fill to half of it,
let it dry overnight and fill it up the next day.
* Not suitable for use as expansion joint.

* Avoid breathing in solvent by wearing solvent vapor respiratory mask in badly ventilated

* ITSEAL meets the requirement of RoHS regulation of European Union and it does not
contain eight heavy metals which were restricted by ASTM F963 or EN71 part3.

SHIPPING/STORAGE INFORMATION
ITSEAL must be stored in a cool place under 25°C and away from direct sunlight. The shelve life is 12 months if stored in accordance to the recommendation.

Non-Skinning sealant is a one component, non-drying polybutene rubber based mastic.
It does not harden but rather remains permanently soft and paste-like. Non-Skinning sealant has excellent resistance to water vapor transmission.
USES

LIMITATIONS
* It should not be applied in exposed joints where dirt pick-up and hand contact.

APPLICATION
* Surface must be clean and dry.
* Cut nozzle to desired size.
* Insert cartridge into caulking gun.
* Push sealant ahead for uniform bead.
* Clean off excess sealant with kerosene or mineral spirits.
CAUTION
Use appropriate personal protection to avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of eye contact, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention. In case of skin contact, wash affected areas with hand cleaner followed by soap and water. For further information, please refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
