65Mn CK67 high carbon cold rolled spring steel strip Hardened and Tempered Steel Strip Hardened and Tempered is a thermal process that strengthens steel strips through a controlled heating and cooling process. The hardening process involves heating the steel strip to above the rapidly cooling. The steel strip in this condition is extremely brittle and requires further treatment in the tempering. Then strips are reheated to a lower temperature and holding it at the given temperature for a given period of time. This process is done in an inert atmosphere to avoid oxidation. This type of steel strip has big degree of toughness and has excellent spring properties Standard AISI, ASTM, BS, DIN, GB, JIS Place of Origin China Material Hot Rolled Surface Polished Application shutter door, plastic trowel, bricklayer trowel, putty knives, scraper, springs, metal part, shoe insole, shoe accessories, blade, band saw blade Brand Name HENSON Width 2.0mm-300.0mm Length Customize Tolerance +/-10% Hardness 40-55HRC Surface nature, blue, yellow, white, polish Edge Slit,Round,Square MOQ 1000KGS Tolerance thickness+/-0.01mm max, width +/-0.05mm max Type strip, coil, sheet Coil ID 300-500 mm Tensile Strength 540-1575N/mm2 Yield Strength 370-1475N/mm2

5052 aluminum coils is Aluminum-magnesium alloy aluminum coils. Mg is the main alloying element in 5052 aluminum coils. It is the most widely used rust-proof aluminum. The alloy is high in nature, especially fatigue resistance, plasticity and corrosion resistance, with high strength. It can not be heat-treated, the plasticity of it is good in semi-cold hardening. It s low in plasticity during cold hardening, and good in corrosion resistance with good weldability, poor machinability and polishing. The main alloying element of 5052 aluminum sheet is magnesium, and aluminum-magnesium alloy also contains a small amount of Mn, Cr, Ni, Ti, etc. Most of the Mn in the alloy forms MnAl6 except for a small amount of solid solution. In the interior of the 5052 aluminum coils, the effect of Cr is similar to that of Mn, which improves the resistance to stress corrosion cracking, improves the strength of the base metal and weld, and reduces the tendency of weld cracking, but its content generally does not exceed 0.35%. Surface Advantages of 5052 Aluminum coils: 1. surface of 5052 aluminum coils is not allowed to have cracks, corrosion spots and traces of nitrate. 2. The surface is allowed to have peeling, air bubbles, surface roughness. and it is also allowed to have local mechanical damage with a depth not exceeding 8% of the nominal thickness of the part where the defect is located. But the maximum depth of the defect shall not exceed 0.5 mm, and the total area of the defect shall not exceed the total area of the coils 5%. 3. Allow the supplier to illuminate the profile longitudinally to a smooth surface. 4. Other requirements: There are demanders and suppliers to draw up their own. Application of 5052 Aluminum coils: 5052 aluminum coils is mainly used for high plasticity with good weldability. It is also commonly used in transportation vehicles, ship sheet metal parts, instruments, street lamp brackets and rivets, hardware products, electrical enclosures, etc. It can also be used to manufacture aircraft fuel tanks, oil pipes, aerospace aluminum alloy materials, and is a typical rustproof alloy material. The atates of 5052 aluminum coils includes F, O, H12, H14,, H16, H18, H19, H22, H24, H26, H28, H32, H34, H36, H38, H111, H112, H114.
3003 aluminum coil is the most widely used aluminum alloy. It is made up of aluminum, copper, iron, manganese, silicon and zinc. It is commonly used because it has great resistance to corrosion and is moderately strong. The 3003 aluminum coil is 20% stronger than 1100 grade alloys because it is fused with manganese. Because it s not heat treatable, it has to be strengthened using cold working alone. The most common applications for the 3003 aluminum coil are for fuel tanks, sheet metal work and other types of projects that need a metal that is stronger than the 1100 series aluminum. In some cases, it is used for cooking utensils, refrigerator panels, gas lines, storage tanks, garage doors, builder s hardware and awning slats.
Cast iron skulls, cast iron borings and turnings, steels skulls, eaf skulls, plate iron, mill scale, metal scrap, incinerated scrap (e46).
The Aluminium Incinerated scrap is the by-product derived from the reprocessing IBA Incinerator bottom ash). It can be classified as follows: Basel code B1010. EW Code: 17 04 02. With a low melting point at 660'C, on visual inspection, aluminium can be found as melted and re-solidified particles or rocks. This happens to aluminium foil that is converted into small droplets during the incineration process. Some larger and thicker aluminium packaging items can still be partially recognised as they retain their shape. The heterogeneous nature of the processed material is due to the diversified conditions present in the combustion chamber, (some relatively cooler regions in the furnace). The stock can contain all kind of aluminium packing. We can currently provide this material in three different fractions and with different aluminium content: 3-8 mm split in two different qualities: 65% ± 3% Al 85% ± 3% Al 8-16 mm: about 70% ± 3% Al 16-60 mm: about 80% ± 3% Al The material contains minor impurities typically stones, ash, glass. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities can be sorted, but not fully removed. The collected stock is stored in warehouse on cemented flooring. It can be loaded loose in 20' Feet heavy duty container.

Every lot of production need to do testing . 3. Put A tool that attracts iron into the furnace by forklift, to suck away the iron in the aluminum water. 4. Put the slag agent into Alu liquid to remove the slag. After slag removed , put the slags into Aluminum ash separation machine , and let the aluminum water and ash separate. The proportion of slag agent and aluminum liquid is 1:500 5.Open the drain valve and the aluminum water flows automatically to the ingot production line After the ingot casting is completed, the ingot stacking robot will stack the ingots, which means the production is completed.
3105 aluminum alloy is a typical deep-drawn material. The aluminum content is up to 98%, which can belong to the category of pure aluminum alloy, which is slightly stronger than the 1 series alloy with aluminum content of about 99%. Similarly, 3105 aluminum alloy cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but its corrosion resistance, formability and welding properties are also excellent. Therefore, 3105 aluminum alloy is commonly used in the manufacture of residential wall panels, mobile homes and rain gear, bottle caps, lamp headstocks, shutters, etc. In addition, it is also used for sheet metal work. However, 3105 aluminum alloy has medium machinability, so lubricating oil treatment is required in all machining operations. And most importantly, 3105 aluminum alloy temper also affects the machinability required for our different applications. For example, the (H) harder temper is better than the 3105 aluminum alloy in the (O) annealed temper. But no matter how tempered the 3105 aluminum alloy is, the forming characteristics of the 3105 aluminum in all conventional processes are very good.
