Our vanilla beans are from the 2021 harvest, sourced by our trained farmers & processed by myself. We specialise in grade AAA vanilla, non split, planifolia and bourbon which are then packed into 1 kg vacuum packed bags, assorted according to size. We have a variety of sizes from 13cm to 17 cm pods. We also have split vanilla which is cheaper. The vanilla pods have a moisture content of 30-37% and the vanillin is 1.7%-1.9%.
