Buyer issues an ICPO, Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) and complete with the color passport of the authorized representative of the Buyer and Company Business Registration Certificate for Seller's verification. 2. Seller issues a commercial invoice (CI). Buyer signs and returns back to Seller 3. After complete verification of the TSA by the Seller company, Seller submits a 48 hours old hard copy of Fresh SGS Report for Quality and Quantity to the Buyer and/or Buyer's tank farm company for verification of the said SGS Report by the Buyer and/or Buyer's tank farm company. 4. Upon confirmation of Fresh SGS Report by Buyer and/or Buyer's tank farm company, Buyer contacts their tank farm to arrange invoice for Seller to pay for Three (3) storage days to Buyer's tank storage company to confirm Seller's readiness towards the transaction. 5. Upon receipt of payment for Three (3) storage days by Buyer's tank storage company, the Buyer makes payment for an additional Three (3) storage days to complete the 6-day Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) for the Injection Process. 6. Seller provides the Buyer with full Proof of Product (POP) Documents: A. Fresh SGS report for quality and quantity less than 48 hours B. Product Certificate of Origin (COO) C. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) D. Injection Report E. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with barcode and GPS coordinates F. Tank Farm barcode information G. Letter of Commitment to Supply (CTS) H. Registration Certificate and Export License Copy I. Authorization to Sell & Collect (ATSC) J. Irrevocable commitment to supply for SPOT and 12 months contract 7. Buyer proceeds with the inspection of the Product in Buyerâ??s tanks with SGS inspection team or its equivalent at Buyer's expense. Upon Buyer's successful Q&Q Dip Test on the Product, the Seller injects the Product to Buyer's tanks and the Buyer makes the payment for the total value of the Product based on Q&Q result of the Product injected into the tanks via MT103/TT wire transfer accordingly to the final Commercial Invoice. 8. Seller transfers to Buyer the Product Title Ownership Certificate documents and all other Export Documentation, and Buyer lifts the Product with his vessel/tanker. 9. Seller pays commissions to all intermediaries involved in the Transaction as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA and subsequently monthly contract shipment continues as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement between the Buyer and Seller.
