This machine is a kind of special equipment for winding during producing the spiral wound gaskets. It adopts certain structural parameter to shape metallic strip and non--metallic filler strip alternately between mould and groove-shape pressing wheel. It can control the diameter force and shearing force effectively by adopting pneumatic and electromagnetic elements so that the technical parameter can be ensured to be invariable and controllable. The machine can complete the winding process automatically by using metallic and nonmetallic long strips and making them feed-in automatically through guide wheel simultaneously, thus it will not be affected by hand operation and the quality is ensured. Although the chip can achieve technical requirements, it is easy to become loose during the winding process. The machine adopts new winding craft. It can reduce the cost of producing spiral wound gasket without using chips of any size. This machine can also wind automatically with the inner ring with a high speed (the speed varies infinitely) and the finished gasket is flat and not loose. The degree of tightness of spiral gaskets is controlled by the adjustable pneumatic pressure, while the strain force is assured by adjusting the electromagnetic voltage with electromagnetic resistor. The diameter of the spiral gasket is controlled by the digital controller. Set the spiral size you need, and the machine will stop automatically when winding to the set size.
