We are supplier and exporter of Bitumen. Bitumen is used in road construction due to various properties and advantages. The bitumen as a raw material in flexible road construction and bitumen as a mix (composing other materials i.e. aggregates etc.) serves certain advantages, that prompt to use bitumen widely in road construction.
Bitumen, often referred to as asphalt, is a viscous, black, and sticky substance. It is a semi-solid form of petroleum and is primarily used as a binder in road construction. When mixed with aggregates, it forms asphalt concrete, the material commonly used for paving roads. Primary Characteristics: Appearance: Thick, black to dark brown substance. Temperature Sensitivity: Becomes liquid when heated and returns to a semi-solid state upon cooling. Water Resistance: Acts as a waterproofing agent, making it ideal for various sealing applications. Adhesion: Excellent adhesive properties, allowing it to bind aggregates together effectively. Grades & Types: Bitumen comes in various grades, primarily determined by its viscosity and penetration value. Common types include: Paving Grade Bitumen: Used in road construction. Oxidized Bitumen: Produced by air blowing and has stiffer properties. Cutback Bitumen: Bitumen diluted with solvents to reduce viscosity for specific applications. Modified Bitumen: Bitumen altered with polymers to enhance its properties. Applications: Road Construction: Mainly used as a binder mixed with aggregates to pave roads. Roofing: Used as a waterproofing agent in roofing felts. Dams & Reservoirs: Acts as a waterproofing membrane. Soundproofing: Used in soundproofing materials due to its insulating properties. Advantages: Durability: Offers a long-lasting paving solution, able to withstand various weather conditions. Cost-effective: Provides a reliable and economical material for large-scale infrastructure projects. Recyclable: Old bituminous roads can be reprocessed to produce new roads.

Bitumen Primer * Bitumen Primer is Bituminous air curing ready mixed Acid & Alkali resistant special primer. Application * Concrete surface must be clean, dry and rough. No primer should be applied over smooth and wet surface. * After cleaning the concrete surface, one coat of Bitumen Primer should be applied with brush and allow to dry thoroughly. * The drying time will depend upon the temperature. * 24 Month at the temperature 30C (+2OC) Packing * Bitumen Primer: 25 Liter Drum Note * Bitumen Primer contains volatile and slightly toxic solvent. Keep away from spark and open flames at working area. * Bitumen premier it is manufactured using bitumen solution which is used for sealing of prime porous and non-porous surface, and also to protect residential and commercial building. * Bitumen Primer is used to protect substrate against corrosive attack, is suggested to apply anti-corrosive primer. It is best for protection against sub-striate against atmospheric corrosion and chemical corrosion. It is a mixed substance made up of organic liquids that are highly sticky, water proof, viscous, acid proof as with all surface coating, good Bitumen Premier is used for long life of the system. it is applied by brush or roller and allowed to dry before any water proofing treatment so to avoid solvent it is used in defects such as cracks, broken mortar joints, etc. are to be repaired prior to Bitumen primer application. Bitumen is known for its waterproofing and adhesive properties and is commonly used in the construction industry, notably for roads and highways. Production occurs through distillation, which removes lighter crude oil components like gasoline and diesel, leaving the heavier bitumen behind. Bitumen deposits can also occur naturally at the bottom of ancient lakes, where prehistoric organisms have decayed and been subjected to heat and pressure. Wholesale Bitumen
Bitumen is a black, semi-solid or liquid substance with high viscosity produced by the non-destructive distillation of crude oil during petroleum refining. The core industry using bitumen is road construction (asphalt) and another significant field is the building industry (roofing membranes, water-proofing felts)
