1.Description High alumina fire brick contain al2o3 more than 48%, which is made of high grade bauxite through high temperature calcinations. Its refractories is usually above 1770 ¡ãc. The main mineral components are corundum and mullite phases. It is a kind of neutral refractory material so that it enjoys excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. According to al2o3 content, it can be divided into three degrees:the al2o3 content is more than 75%.The al2o3 content range from 60% to 75%.The al2o3 content range from 48% to 60%. 2.Feature 1. High-temperature endurable . 2.Good thermal shock resistance. 3.High cold crushing strength 4.Good resistance to abrasion and corrosion. 5.Good thermal spalling resistance. 6.High mechanical strength. 7.Good volume stability at high temperature. 3.Applications High alumina fire brick is used for building blast furnaces, hot blast stove, electric stove roof, ladle, blast furnace and reverberatory furnace, lining of rotary kiln and glass kiln and chemical industrial kiln. In addition, high alumina brick is widely used as regenerative checker brick of open hearth, pouring system with the plug head, nozzle brick, etc. On wooden pallets with plastic cover Pallite size:1.05*1.05m

Silica bricks are the main species of silica-based refractories, where the mass fraction of SiO2 is not less than 93%. Silica brick is a typical acid refractory bricks, the acid slag has a good resistance to Al2O3, FeO, Fe2O3 and other oxides also has good resistance, but the resistance to alkaline slag is poor, easy to CaO, K2O, Na2O and other oxides and damage. Features: 1.Good acid and erosion resistance, powerful anti high-temperature strength. 2.Soften melting temperature is 1620~1670 °C. 3.Low thermal shock resistance. 4.Natural silica as raw material, plus regular mineralizer. 5.Ensure good bonding and structural strength of furnace. 6.Good heat resistance and long service life. Application: 1.Glass melting furnace, ceramic frit kiln, sodium silicate furnace, soaking furnace, ceramic kiln, etc 2.Coke oven's coking chamber, combustion chamber walls, steel open-hearth's regenerator and sediment chamber, etc. 3.Load-bearing parts of high temperature hot air furnace and acid open-hearth furnace roof, etc. Items Fire Proof Thermal Insulating SiC+SiO2,% 30 - Al2O3,% 65 50 Bulk Density,g/cm3 2.65 - Apparent Porosity,% 19 25 Cold Compressive Strength,Mpa 90 40 Refractoriness UnderLoad, ºC 1650 1680 ThermalShock Resistance,cycles(1100 ºC,water cooling) 20 20 Thermal Conductivity,w/m.k(350 ºC) 2.5 1.4

Ball Clay: A member of kaolinite family, Ball Clay is renowned for its plasticity and green strength. They consists varying proportions of kaolinite, mica and quartz, with small amounts of organic matter and other minerals, and are commercially values because they increase the workability and strength of various ceramic bodies and have white or near white firing characteristics. Ball clay is processed to minimize the levels of coarse particles. This enhances better workability and higher strength. Applications : It forms a major part of many ceramic applications, including sanitary ware, tiles, table wares and to an increasing extent non-ceramic applications like functional fillers and advanced application for example technical ceramics.
