Rattan is a type of climbing palm that is very long with a slender stem which maintains an almost uniform diameter throughout its length. It grows in a manner similar to a vine, but has an inner core and is not hollow like bamboo. The outer portion of the stem is extremely hard and durable, while the inner portion of the stem is softer and porous. The shade in the rain forests is very dense and climbing on tree limbs is the most practical way for the rattan vines to reach the light above the forest canopy. This makes Rattan ideal for continuous strips of reed and it is considered to be one of the strongest woods available ideal for weaving.
RATTAN NATURAL CORE Rattan is a type of climbing palm that is very long with a slender stem which maintains an almost uniform diameter throughout its length. It grows in a manner similar to a vine, but has an inner core and is not hollow like bamboo. The outer portion of the stem is extremely hard and durable, while the inner portion of the stem is softer and porous. This makes Rattan ideal for continuous strips of reed and it is considered to be one of the strongest woods available ideal for weaving. The straight rattan is usually steamed and then bent into the desired shape through the use of specialized shapers. Once the rattan has dried, it will retain its shape forever. These rattan poles are often used to form the frames of what will become rattan/ wicker/ woven conservatory furniture such as chairs, tables and sofas. Rattan is incredibly durable and can withstand extreme heat without splitting or drying out so is the ideal solution in conservatories.

APPLICATION OF SK-HB K-SILICATE MORTAR : * K-SILICATE is used for jointing Acid Resisting brick in construction of vessels in suited for construction of fume chambers and stacks handling hot, dry Acid fumes and vapors. It is also used for jointing chemical resisting stoneware pipes. K-SILICATE cement is good bedding material for Acid â?? Resisting bricks and tiles. The concrete surface needed protection should be dryed, clean and rough. The bricks or tiles will be set with K-SILICATE cement over concrete surface applied with a suitable an impermeable interliner. When Bedding and Jointing Materials are the same. On the treated surface bricks or tiles are bedded to a thickness of about 6 mm and tamp gently with a wooden piece till the paste squeezes out of joints. The paste that is squeezed out of the joint should be removed by trowel with good finishing. After the mortar of the joint is dryed treat the joints with 20% Hydrochloric Acid Solution by means of brush. A.R.lining should be always in contact with Acid and not with water. Concrete subtract like Floor, Wall, tanks and similar surface should be protected with a membrane of Bitrok Mastic or compound steel tanks should be protected with rubber or PVC subjected to chemical conditions and temperature of chemical media. The Brick lining is recommended over the protective layer of Bitrok Mastic. When Bedding and Jointing Materials are Different. Spread the silicate type mortar about 6 to 8 mm thick on the back of the tile or brick. Press the tile on the bed leaving required space for joints between tiles for bricks. After the bedding mortar is set, fill Mp the joints with specified cement.PRODUCT DATA SHEET FOR SK-HB ( K-SILICATE) MORTAR A general purpose cement for acid conditions Resistant to High & medium concentrations of most of the common organic and inorganic acids except Hydroflouric acid. Recommended where the concentration of the acid is high suitable for high temperature. Unsuited to aqueous solutions, alkaline conditions. PREPARATIONS OF MORTAR : * Measure 1 part by weight of K-SILICATE solution into a suitable mixing pan. * Add slowly and gradually 3 parts by weight K-SILICATE mortar and mix thoroughly to form a smooth mortar. * In hot season very large batches of mortar will become stiff quite rapidly therefore small batches, not exceeding 4 to 8 kgs. Will be prepared. * The cement mortar will be used before it starts setting.

What is PMMA plastic PMMA resin is also known as acrylic resin, organic glass or glass acrylic. Although not glass, in terms of technical surface, PMMA is quite similar to glass. PMMA is often used in the form of sheets and pieces with good impact resistance, high scratch resistance, and good light exposure. As a good economic alternative to glass, glass, Polycarbonate due to its low cost, it is suitable for projects that require good bearing capacity, difficult to break without high hardness MATERIAL:PMMA plastic repro pellet transparent yellowish CATEGORY: PMMA TYPE: repro pellet GRADE: Transparent Yellowish SPECIFICATION: Repro from film. has 8 arms (not tentacles) with suckers in the form of concave dots on the arms which are used to move on the seabed and catch prey. The octopus arm is a structure muscular hydrostat which consists almost entirely of layers of muscle without bones or exoskeleton . Unlike other cephalopods, most of the octopuses of the Incirrata suborder have a body made up of muscles and no internal skeleton. Octopuses don't have an outer shell as a protector like the Nautilus and don't have an inner shell or bones like cuttlefish and squid. The beak is the hardest part of the octopus's body which is used as a jaw to kill prey and bite it into small pieces. This highly flexible body allows the octopus to squeeze itself into very narrow rocky crevices on the ocean floor, especially when escaping from predatory fish such as the sea moray eel. Lesser-known octopuses from the Cirrata suborder have two fins and an inner shell, which reduces their ability to squeeze into tight spaces. Octopuses have a relatively short life span and some species only live for 6 months. Larger species such as the North Pacific giant octopus which can weigh up to 40 kilograms can live up to 5 years under the right environmental conditions. Reproduction is one of the causes of death, male octopuses can only live a few months after mating and female octopuses die shortly after laying eggs. Death is caused by the octopus neglecting to eat for about a month while guarding the unhatched eggs. The covering of the abdominal part of the octopus body is called the mantle which is made of muscle and looks like a pouch. Octopuses have three hearts which consist of two hearts to pump blood to the two gills and a heart to pump blood to all parts of the body. Octopus blood contains protein Hemocyanin which is rich in copper to transport oxygen. Compared to Hemoglobin which is rich in iron, Hemocyanin is less efficient in transporting oxygen. Hemocyanin dissolves in plasma and is not bound by red blood cells so octopus blood is pale blue in color. Octopuses breathe by sucking water into the mantle cavity through both gills and exhaled through the siphon tube. Octopuses have gills with very fine divisions, originating from the growth of the outer or inner body which undergoes vascularization
