Application : By Brush / By Conventional Spray / By Airless Spray Generally no thinner is required for Brush application; however under adverse environmental conditions about 5% of thinner, by volume, can be added. Apply evenly in crossed manner, ensuring the uniform application. Use quality brushes for paint application. Add Epoxy Thinner Thinner into the mix, if required, depending on application method, and stir gently for few minutes. Strain the paint through Nylon filter cloth and apply uniformly over the surface. All equipments used for above should be properly clean. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing cavity. Raw Materials enter the crusher through the feed opening and are stricken, impacted, cut and ground by the high-speed hammerto small size. There is a screening plate under the rotor, so that Materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screened out and others are left tobe further hammered and ground until reach the st and ard size. The size of the final product can be adjusted by changing the screening plate. The gap between therotors and the screening plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement. Hammer Mill Design The major components of hammer mill, shown in the picture, include: - a delivery device is used to introduce the material to be ground into the path of the hammers. Feeder Design Materials are introduced into the paths of the hammers by a variable speed vein feeder. This type of feeder can have its motor slaved by a programmable controller to the main drive motor of the hammer mill. The operational speed of the feeder is controlled to maintain optimum amperage loading of the main motor. Screen Design The amount of open area in hammer mills screen determines the particle size and grinding efficiency. The screen must be designed to maintain its integrity and provide the greatest amount of open area. Screen openings (holes) that are aligned in a 60-degree staggered pattern optimize open area while maintaining screen strength.
