Moringa seeds are edible fresh or dried and can be used in cooking or roasted for a healthy snack.
The seeds may also be ground into powder form and are used to make a paste or to even treat unclean water.
Moringa seeds are packed with valuable nutrients including vitamins A and C, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc. The seeds also have both antiseptic and antibiotic properties and contain essential amino acids along with protein.
Due to their high nutritional value, Moringa seeds are also used to combat malnutrition and anaemia.
