It is either in ms or ss. Trays of ss or aluminum ranging from 12– 392 can be supplied according to customer’s requirement. The same is either provided with steam or electrical heating arrangement. Proper insulation is given to minimize heat losses. It has also auto start and cut off facility to maintain optimum temperature in the chamber. It has two to four fans according to trays capacity.

TEMPO make a tray dryer are with the forced air circulation provided by means of motorized blower fitted on the oven for recirculation of air which ensures a homogeneous hot air mixture and an exact temperature profile. Temperature range 50C to 200C Temperature accuracy ±0.1C Supply 440V, three phase Controlling System : Microprocessors based auto tune PID temperature controller with & dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used for temperature. Heating System : SS tubular heating elements used on the side walls to maintain a uniform temperature condition inside the chamber. Air Circulation : The motorized blower fitted on the top side of the chamber develop unique airflow system which ensures maximum temperature distribution inside the temperature. The unique airflow assures that there is a quick recovery after the doors are opened.
