Working Principle: The creper consists of a pair of rollers with diamond grooves, rack and transmission system. By the relative movement of the front&back rollers, the machine presses and flattens the raw material, dewatering the rubber and removing the impurities. Due to the different speeds of the two rollers, the raw material is pressed to crepe sheets with honey comb surface. Moreover, substituting for manpower, the use of circulating conveyor to the machine reduces the labor intensity and improves the working efficiency. The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues. The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process. Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed. The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise. The Aluminium Incinerated scrap is the by-product derived from the reprocessing IBA Incinerator bottom ash). It can be classified as follows: Basel code B1010. EW Code: 17 04 02. With a low melting point at 660'C, on visual inspection, aluminium can be found as melted and re-solidified particles or rocks. This happens to aluminium foil that is converted into small droplets during the incineration process. Some larger and thicker aluminium packaging items can still be partially recognised as they retain their shape. The heterogeneous nature of the processed material is due to the diversified conditions present in the combustion chamber, (some relatively cooler regions in the furnace). The stock can contain all kind of aluminium packing. PRODUCT INFO Thai taro corms widely vary in appearance, depending on cultivation time, soil, and climate. The corms are generally small to medium in size, averaging 12 to 13 centimeters in length, and are round to oblong in shape. Each taro plant produces one central corm, and the cormâ??s variegated dark to light brown skin is rough with an uneven, scaly texture comprised of faint horizontal rings and fiber-like hairs. Underneath the surface, the flesh is dense, dry, and starchy, primarily white with subtle purple speckling. Thai taro must be cooked, developing a smooth, thick, sticky, and semi-fluffy consistency.
