Stannous Octoate (T-9) is standard stannous tin urethane catalyst for continuous flexible slabstock polyurethane foam applications.
Applications
T-9 is widely used in the production of flexible slabstock polyether foams. It is also used successfully as a catalyst for polyurethane coatings and sealants.
HeHui Chemical recommends that our catalysts be stored in a dry and cool area under appropriate ventilation conditions. Each container should be closed tightly to avoid contamination with moisture or other negative influences, which could change the productsâ?? performance in the end use. The optimum storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C. Lower and higher storage temperatures are not preferable and should be avoided.

Stannous Chloride Anhydrous is a strong reducing agent and is used in many industrial processes, such as manufacturing dyes, phosphors, and polymers. The compound is a major ingredient in acid tin plating baths. Other uses are a mordant in dyeing; an additive to lubricating oil to prevent sludging; a stabilizer for perfume in soaps; in removing ink stains; a sensitizing agent for glass, paper, and plastics; and a soldering flux. Stannous chloride Anhydrous is used for preparing a number of tin(II) salts. It is a catalyst in many organic reactions. It is a common laboratory reagent.

PMDETA Applications.
PMDETA catalyst is a highly active, pure liquid tertiary amine that is suitable for use as a blowing catalyst in a number of rigid and flexible polyurethane foam applications.
ADVANTAGES: In model systems, PMDETA catalyst has proven to have catalytic activity equivalent to other established blowing catalysts for the urea reaction. However, PMDETA catalyst has a greater affect than established blowing catalysts on the urethane or gelling reaction. PMDETA catalyst is very effective in pour-inplace polyurethane systems (such as rigid appliance systems), which are based on MDI. At a use level of 1.5 php, PMDETA catalyst provides the necessary flowability and cure rates required in the production environment. PMDETA catalyst is also recommended for TDI, TDI/MDI and MDI HR flexible molded foams, as well as for use in integral skin and microcellular systems. It can also be as a raw material to make quaternary ammonium salt.
