The size and distribution of the holes are determined by the selection of wire diameter, mesh size, mesh layer, and weaving method of the wire mesh. The sintered wire mesh filter is the ideal material for filtering because of the superior mechanical qualities produced by the manufacturing process. The standard product is typically made up of five layers, but it can be customized to include six or seven layers upon customer request.
The stainless steel wedged wire mesh filter uses metal wedge wire mesh as the filter element, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high pressure difference resistance, and easy flushing and regeneration; the nearly two-dimensional filter has no dead spots for particle accumulation, and the wedge-shaped gaps can be gathered during backwashing. Backwashing energy, backwashing effect is good.
The stainless steel wedged wire mesh filter element is easy to leak, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
