PRODUCT INFO Sadao leaves are small to medium in size and are elongated and oval to lanceolate in shape. The green leaves are thin and tear easily and have a smooth texture. The edges of the leaf can vary with some jagged spots mixed with flat sides. The leaves grow on small, but thick stems and each stem can grow 5-15 leaflets. Sadao leaves are tender and have a very bitter taste. The sadao plant also bears fragrant white flowers that are edible and offer a bitter, green flavor when cooked. King Fish (scomberomorus Guttatus) Also famous as the Indopacific king mackerel, this fish is a subspecies among the mackerel variety. Seer Fish (Spanish King Mackerel) Having the name of Spanish King Mackerel the Seer Fish is a migratory species which can be found in the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico. Worldwide it is famous for both recreation and commercial purposes. Usually, it is considered to be a medium fish and its size varies from 5 to 14 kgs. In certain cases, though they have been found to exceed 40 kg weight too. Its first dorsal fin is colourless and you can see it folded back like in a body grove. Colour of the fish is olive on the behind with some fading seen on both belly and the back. Red Ref Cod (Cephalopholis Sonnerati) Goes by the name Tomato Hind thanks to its colour the Red Ref cod has a pointed snout and a concave profile. Usually, the colour of this fish ranges from orange-red to orange-brown and it may even have spots all over its body. In certain areas, the colour of the fish may be different than the other. In the Indian Ocean, its body is reddish brown while in the Pacific Ocean its colour may be yellowish brown with spots on the head. Malabar Reef Cod (Epinephelus Malabaricus) Malabar Reef Cod can be easily found in the waters of the Indo West Pacific region. You can find them in Africa, Tonga and the Red Sea along with other countries. In the Eastern Mediterranean region, the fish can be found in the Levantine Sea. Mostly the Malabar Reef cod are found in groups in places like lagoons, mangroves, sandy and muddy areas, coral and rocky reefs etc. The average size for a Malabar reef cod is around 39 inch though at times longer varieties up to 92 inches have also been seen. Colour of this species is light to dark brown and it has a few spots on its body. As it grows old the number of such spots increases on a regular basis. Indian Mackerel (Rastrelliger Kanagurta) Found commonly in the West Pacific and the Indian Ocean the Indian Mackerel is a subspecies of the Mackerel family from Order Perciformes. One of the very important food fish in this region you would find it as a crucial part of South and South East Asian cuisines. The range of the Indian Mackerel spreads from the Red Sea and East Africa to Indonesia and China. Body of the Indian Mackerel is deep and usually, the head is longer than the depth of its body. Its maxilla is covered to an extent by the lacrimal bone and extends through the hind margin of its eye. Blue Swimming Crab (Portunus Pelagicus) The blue swimming crab is a huge crab which can be found in estuaries around Australia and New Caledonia.
