This product is used in many applications mainly as artificial turf infill and anti-shock floorings.
We provide recycled rubber mulch in a variety of sizes (between 10mm to 32mm) and colours for use in landscaping
around shrubs, walkways etc. as well as a landscape paver system for manufacturing complete pavers for walkways, garden
patios, and driveways. Also available as a chip, providing highly realistic and longer lasting alternative to organic bark or
woodchip, and can be laid loose or bonded.

Origin of the product :
Crushed tires resulting from the recycling of a mixture of used tires of various categories (pv, cv, gv, hgv, pwv, cev, iv, agrarian, handling, motorbikes, etc.).
All the technical features of these tires comply with the regulations and standards requirements of france and of the european union.
Composition of the product :
Synthetic and natural rubber (97, 5 %), steel (1, 5 %), textile (1, 0 %).
The rubber is made of a mix-in variable proportions of 2 main types of synthetic rubber and of natural rubber. The 2 types of synthetic rubber are :
- the sbr (styrene butadiene rubber)
- the nbr (nitrile butadiene rubber)
The steel is a strongly carbonaceous steel

The textile is a mixture of 4 types of fibres : aramide, nylon, polyester and rayon (mainly nylon, that is to say polyamide)

Apparent density :
432 kg / m3 or 0, 432 (adimensional).
Industrial process of manufacturing :
Exclusively with a mechanical crushing of the tires at ambient temperature.
The process used does not require and does not reject any kind of solid, liquid or gas additives.

RubberON Industries produce ultra-fine hi structure crumb of 30,40,60, 80 100 mesh from Only nylon Trucks and Buses tyres.
During the compounding, the rubber penetrates into these hi structure particles and a strong mechanical bond is created.When mixed in a rubber compound, this crumb becomes one with it and imparts high properties.
It was also found that by using 10 phr of 80/ 100 mesh crumbs, no loss of properties was observed, even though the carbon phr had to be reduced to maintain the hardness, thus affecting cost reduction without impairing properties.
