It is thick, highly covering paste for Direct printing, prints have a soft hand finish, Generally plastisol prints should be cured at 170o C -180o C the amount of time it takes for curing depend upon the color and thickness of the ink deposit, an initial test to determine cure is, after curing and cooling, the print should feel dry and firm when rubbed with your thumb, It should be able to stretch and relax without excessive cracking. Shelf Life: PVC Plastisol ink is not subject to a particular limitation of its shelf life but have tendency to increase in viscosity when stored for longer period, care must taken to store in cool dry place away from direct sunlight. There are 50 preparers of plastisol in the market but we have develop a product which is very easy to print, no need to add any kind of reducer, one can take their production very faster, and it has more coverage, more softness & better opacity in case of white, main thing about our plastisol are one can wash the screen by normal water, which can change the colours in production on much faster then any other ink. Rasa white/black â?? it is basic colours in printing of plastisol is a very typical subject. Plastisol has more coverage, ground arresting, more softness & more elaasomeric effect especially on cotton & polyester knits as well as the denim & 100% cotton substrates. It gives very different look on garments. The basic colours in plastisol series are white / lotus white & jet black. Our clear gel are such a wonderful product which can Repair the other ink with the problems. We have two clear gel. One with specially bluish tint in it & others are very much clear & can use as a adhesive to cavier beads & flock & foils. Additionally, in order to meet respective needs, Jincolor also provide Plastisol Colorants, which facilitate customers themselves to alter the color shade and color strength easily for their own desire. Brilliance Series - This series is formulated as an economical Plastisol Ink, recommend for printing directly on 100% light colored cotton. It is capable to create fine lines and delicate patterns, provides a beautiful luster; vivid color shade; good stability, the finish can be flat surface and soft touch feeling. Opaque Series - This series is specially recommend for printing on Dark colored fabrics, its opaque character could simply cover the dark under-layer, and lies colorful patterns on it. ￭ Photo-Tone Series (4 Color Process Ink) - This series could be used on wet-on-wet printing, it comprises 4 essential colors-yellow, red, blue, and black, specific for 4-Color Press images. For obtaining the designed tone, it requires to be printed only onto white or light colored fabrics, the undertone shall alter the expected color shade otherwise. Screens : To gain sharp and fine patterns, we suggest you to choose 120 meshes screen , but if you apply for three-dimensional effects or stronger color shades, less meshes screens or thicker screens would be recommended, but the maximum is 100 meshes. Modification : Jinbest Plastisol Ink could be adjusted to meet your specific viscosity and fluidity by adding only a small amount of Reducer PL-T10, but if you like to reduce the color concentration, please add Clear PL-T01 to achieve this purpose only. Curing : Jinbest Plastisol Ink will not air dry and must be heat cured, which requires curing temperature reaches 110~120óJ / 3~5 Minutes. Curing can be accomplished via a conveyor dryer, flash curing unit, or simple infrared heat source. Detergent : When wash-up, instance biodegradable agent or turpine oil are recommended. Storage : To store our plastisol ink under general room temperature. Prolonged exposure to high temperature might Occur the gelation.
