Step 3. Run Moldflow we will run Moldflow with final tool design drawing to see whether have potential problems, and solve with customers
Step 4 Mould Making
We will start to make mould after mould design &moldflow approval,the process
include prepare material,rough cut,finish machining,assembly etc
Step 5 Mould Test
We'll test the mould after finishing mould assembly,then we'll send T1 samples
and our inner full dimensions QC sheet to customer for checking
Step 6. Final Process
we'll make the polishing for mould after the sample approval and make grain,nitridation or chroming if customer required
Step 7 All documents archive management We will package all product drawing, tool design drawing, Moldflow, process pictures, mould pictures, video of mold test, ...etc files archive management.
