1) Computer-aid-design systemour CAD system is an interactive system, by which our designer could make a timely modify after receiving the customer??s idea. In this system, we mainly adopts the following software: Auto CAD, Pro-engineer and Solidworks etc.
2) Parts' Standardization in the course of designing and manufacture the parts, we are always trying our best to produce standardization parts and standardization spare parts in order to make maintain more easy and make all parts could be changed each other freely.
3) Machine Equipmentin order to raise our products?? quality, we introduce advanced CNC center from Taiwan, Japan and Germany. It has promoted our product quality a jump.
4) Mold Frame:the mold frame machined by CNC center, its position tolerance in every two cavities below 0.01mm. It makes sure the assemble precision of the injection mold.
5) Key partsafter a date using time, most of the injection mold produce by other factories would occur eccentricity problem, but our client could avoid this worry, because our unique eccentricity-rectified system could eliminate this problem before it emerges.
6) Eccentricity-rectified SystemThose key parts (cavity core, cavity and half-ring of neck) entirely made of high quality mold steel from Germany, it??s rigidity up to HRC42?a45m after heat treatment, which ensure the finished plastic products?? precise and injection mold??s using life effectively.
7) Hot Rrunner System hot runner system is the key technical of producing the prefrom injection mold. Independently controlled hot runner nozzle makes the prefrom??s molding course on controlling more easily.
8) Cooling Systemthere is so high efficient in our special designed cooling system, it suits for long time automatic production with normal temperature water, if combined with water chiller, the result will better.
