Slag casting machine
The slag casting machine is used for casting copper slag or lead slag. Copper slag is mainly used for casting converter slag, and lead slag is mainly high lead slag discharged from the casting oxidation furnace. Workflow: After the slag flows out of the furnace, it flows into the slag mold of the slag casting machine through a chute from the casting point. The slag mold is fixed on the chain conveyor, and the slag inside the slag mold is gradually transported from the casting point to the slag ingot outlet through the air and water cooling areas by the chain conveyor on the slag casting machine, and then discharged.
We are engaged in making Lead available in several forms including
LME registered and non registered 99.97% and 99.99% as well as
secondary ingots, foil, granules, powder, rod, shot, sheet, and wire.
Lead is a bluish-white lustrous metal. It is very soft, highly malleable, ductile, and a
relatively poor conductor of electricity. It is very resistant to corrosion but tarnishes
upon exposure to air. Alloys include pewter and solder.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE ASPECT
Agglomerate materials COLOR Gray blackish color
CHEMICAL BEHAVIOR
The basicity of the slag is normally fixed by the amount of lime and calcinated dolomite added, the silicon and aluminum levels of the hot metal and steel scrap charged as well as ferro-alloys.

Copper slag is a low cost expendable abrasive suited for open blast cleaning and due to its low silica content it does not pose the health hazards created by silica sand. Its sharp, hard particles can provide a fast cleaning action and an excellent surface profile. It is available in various sizes
Copper slag is abrasive blasting grit made of granulated slag from metal smelting processes (also called iron silicate). Copper slag abrasive is suitable for blast cleaning of steel and stone/concrete surfaces, removal of mill scale, rust, old paint, dirt etc. Suitable for SA-3, SA-2 and SA-2. Copper slag blasting media/grit is manufactured of the granulated slag of copper refineries, and used for blast-cleaning of metal surface. In different industries it is called different names abrasive powder, grit, copper slag grit, mineral grit, grinding grains, etc.

Desulphurisation Slag is an iron slag derived from the desulphurisation skimming process. This material is an iron by- product that is encapsulated in varying levels of contaminants (S,Mg,Si), but has a stable chemistry with 75 -80% chemistry.
The level of Fe% in the slag has been estimated by water displacement test.
This material con offer competitive advantages respect other metal scraps:
Price;
Stable Chemistry;
The material can be loaded loose in 20 heavy duty container.
We are proposing about 1000 1200 Mt/ton monthly of iron slag derived from the desulphurisation skimming process. This material is a iron by- product that is encapsulated in varying levels of contaminants (S,Mg,Si). In order to enhance its usability, the material is processed and screened. We can propose two specifications of Iron Slag

Welcome to Gremlog Trading DMCC, your premier source for high-quality slag material. As a leading name in the distribution of industrial materials, we pride ourselves on offering superior products that meet the diverse needs of our global clientele. Slag, often referred to by various names such as clinker, dross, fly ash, or ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS), is a valuable by-product of metal smelting processes, particularly from steel and iron production. This versatile material has a wide range of applications, making it an essential component in various industries. From construction and road building to cement production and environmental remediation, slag's unique properties enhance durability, strength, and sustainability.
Blast furnace slag is a nonmetallic coproduct produced in the process. It consists primarily of silicates, aluminosilicates, and calcium-alumina-silicates. The molten slag, which absorbs much of the sulfur from the charge, comprises about 20 percent by mass of iron production. The average chemical composition of the material is the following: CaO 36.50% MgO 7.90% Al2O3 11.70% MnO 1.13 % K2O 0.43 % Na2O 0.22% FeO 1.71 % SiO2 38.73% TiO2 0.69% S 0.86% We have available two different lots of slag GRANULATED BLAST FURNACE SLAG The granulated blast-furnace slag is sand-type slag manufactured by spraying high-pressure water jets on a blast-furnace molten slag.

Lead powder and lead concentrate are different forms of lead that serve various industrial purposes. Here's an overview of each:
Lead Powder: Form: Lead powder refers to finely ground particles of lead metal, typically in powder or granular form.
Uses:
Battery Manufacturing: Lead powder is often used in the production of lead-acid batteries.
Radiation Shielding: Lead is known for its ability to absorb and shield against radiation, and lead powder can be used in various applications where radiation protection is required.
Ammunition: Lead powder is a component in the production of ammunition and bullets.
Metal Coatings: It may be used in the manufacturing of certain types of paints and coatings.
Lead Concentrate:
Form: Lead concentrate is a raw material derived from the mining and processing of lead ores. It is not a pure form of lead but rather a mixture containing lead and other minerals.
Composition: Lead concentrate typically contains lead sulfide (galena) as the primary mineral, along with other sulfide minerals.
Processing: The lead concentrate is further processed through smelting to extract pure lead metal.
Uses: Lead concentrate is a crucial intermediate product in the production of refined lead.
It is an essential raw material for lead smelters, where the lead is separated from impurities and processed into the desired forms.
Lead concentrate may also contain valuable by-products such as silver and zinc.
