A whole laser marking head consists of two scan mirrors, two galvanometers & drive cards, a XY mount (galvo mount), a scan lens (f-theta lens), an interface card (D/A card), a set of marking software and DC power supply. Two types of scan optics for CO2 and Nd:YAG lasers are available. The scan field (or marking field) depends on the selection of the scan lens and ranges from 50x50mm to 255x255mm. The marking software supports various fonts, pictures (PLT, BMP), automated series numbers, date, time, barcodes & DataMatrix.
