My brother is the owner of the farm in Guasave and also of the processing plant that is being built as we speak
I live in Tijuana and I am helping him in accommodating the final product in USA.

Where we sort and peel the shrimp according to the buyer's request, which is then frozen using the IQF (individual quick freezing) system so as to produce frozen shrimp that do not stick together or separate from each other, and are packaged according to the buyer's request.â?¨
