PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Structure: The hose consists of an inner tube, reinforcement layer, middle layer and rubber cover. Feature: The hose body length decreased, the diameter increase and on the expansion state after hose enduring internal upright pressure. Under this conditions, the hose accomplishes the hole sealing function. Application: A. Apply to coal mine and clear dust. B. Apply to engineering construction and leak prevention construction underground. C. Apply to tunnel exploitation and pour cast underground and underwater.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Use: Coal injection, dust-fall, coal pressure reduction, coal-crack, methane drainage, etc. Function: 1. Moisture enters into coal mass, releasing some gas, and reducing the gas content in the coal body. 2. It can reduce the 80% dust, improve workers' working environment, and completely eradicate dust explosion accidents when water injection reaches the desired impact. 3. Wetting coal mass to prevent the spontaneous ignition of coal body. 4. High pressure water injection, breaking coal mass, reducing cost, and enhancing the workers feeling of safety. 5. Use the hole sealing device to efficiently prevent the gas stress and explosion. Structure: It is made of high pressure expansion hose, safety valve, and rapid-acting coupling. Techincal Parameter Hole-sealing diameter: 30~120mm(also can be processed according to customers' needs ) Working pressure: 1-8MP(processed according to the customers' needs) Start-up pressure of the safety valve: 0.4-0.5Mpa Working flow: 4-4.5 tons of water per hour Depth of hole-sealing: 1m-8m Expansion coefficient of the hose: 60%-100% Operation Method and Notes 1. It is very simple and convenient to use the device. It only needs to connect the device with the watercourse on the operation field, put the device into the drill hole under certain pressure, the hose will expand to come to purpose of hole sealing and coal breaking. 2. The device can be used for several times repeatedly. To unload pressure after water injection, it can restore to its original state, and then take out the hole device. 3. Forbiding to insert and retrieve the hole device with pressure. 4.Allow no person in front of the working device.

Operating speed of fluid: 5-8 tons per hour, the amount of gas depending on concentration and pressure. 4. Expansion index: 60~100% Functions: 1. Water injects into the coal seam and releases partial gas, effectively reduces the amount of gas at coal seam. 2. Once the effect of water injection is reached, it can reduce over 80% of dust power and improve working atmosphere, protect from dust explosion. 3. It can moist coal seam and protect coal from self-flaming. 4. Once the system of suction and discharge drilling hole is adopted, the amount of gas and drilling cuttings could be obviously increased, effectively releases gas pressure and prevent incidents when exploring. 5. It solves limitation in coal cutting and drilling matters, effectively prevent gas explosion.
