After the visit, Arthur's client said they were satisfied with the scale, equipment and management of AAK factory and left. I wondered if this was really Arthur's client. More than a month later after visiting the factory, Arthur said that his company has developed a new hydraulic equipment, which requires high-precision hydraulic threaded cartridge valve. AAK needs to quote and make samples for testing as before. AAK sent 16 samples of hydraulic threaded cartridge valves after 30 days. I still think that this one will be the same as that one year ago, no big waves. I didn't understand that I made the mistake of "I thought" until receiving the large order of 1,600 hydraulic threaded cartridge valves yesterday. Today, I learned by email that it was not his client who came to visit the factory last year, but his assistant who often stayed in China. Before the company developed this hydraulic equipment, his assistant ran to more than 30 hydraulic valve manufacturers in China, especially for this special hydraulic threaded cartridge valve. AAK hydraulic valve has its own advantages in equipment and extension of equipment and on-site detail management. In particular, the component testing room of AAK is constant temperature and humidity for 24 hours, which is very helpful for hydraulic threaded cartridge valves with high precision requirements. Because of the particularity of this hydraulic threaded cartridge valve, the accuracy inspection of each component should be completed in a specific environment. Some quality problems of the products of many hydraulic valve manufacturers are just due to the deviation of the test results caused by the instability of the test environment. In the view of many factories, this may be a small detail, but AAK has done extremely rigorous testing. His assistant has not found a second one in Ningbo who pays so much attention to detail. That's why Arthur chose AAK to produce this big order of hydraulic threaded cartridge valve.
