Our hardwood charcoal briquettes are made of high-quality hardwood lump charcoal that has been carbonized and mixed with natural adhesives, making them not only the quickest and most consistent burners but also some of the cleanest on the market. Our hexagonal briquettes in particular have a higher density compared to the pillow-shaped briquettes, resulting in higher thermal efficiency, longer burning time and lower shipping cost per unit. Ready to be used within 10 to 15 minutes, they offer high heat and even burn-through that can be sustained for more than 6 to 8 hours. Our natural hardwood charcoal has been thoroughly carbonized resulting in reduced sulfur content and zero smoke when burned, making it safe for long-term use. Perfect for barbecue and grilling. If you have custom specification requests that suit your preference in terms of shape, size, packaging etc, please contact us to discuss more details.

We process the hardwood to lump charcoal sizes in our own modern factory of 20, 000 sqm and then carbonise the wood in closed retort systems to over 500 celsius. After the charcoal is allowed to cool we then sort the charcoal into sizes suitable for packaging as blackwood hardwood lump charcoal and all the smaller pieces and charcoal fines go to be processed in our 3 tph briquetting line. Both our hardwood lump charcoal and hardwood charcoal briquettes are of very high consistent quality due to our production methods and quality control systems.
