Ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) is a cleaner-burning diesel fuel that contains a maximum of 15 parts per million (ppm) of sulfur. ULSD contains 97% less sulfur than low-sulfur diesel (LSD), which typically contains 500 ppm of sulfur. The European Union began mandating the reduction of diesel sulfur content in 1993, and the United States started phasing in ULSD requirements for highway vehicles in 2006. It was developed to allow for the use of improved pollution control devices that reduce diesel emissions. ULSD can significantly reduce emissions when used in combination with cleaner-burning diesel engines and vehicles. It may react with strong acids or strong oxidizing agents, such as chlorates, nitrates, and peroxides. You should avoid contact with heat, sparks, fire, and oxidizing agents. The appearance of ULSD should be clear and bright, free from visible sediment and water.

Petroalliance diesel fuel is the second distillate of crude oil. Ultra-low sulfur grades of D2, such as GOST 305-82, with a reduce sulfur content to a maximum of 0.02 percent and reduce sulfur pollution emissions. Diesel fuel is often used in diesel engines. Diesel engines or compression ignition engines, rely on the temperature increase of compression, rather than on spark plugs, to achieve reliable ignition timing and combustion efficiency. As a result of their inherently higher compression ratio for a given power output, diesel engines are more fuel efficient than spark ignition engines. Compared with spark ignition automotive engines, diesel engines weigh more, generate more vibration and produce greater particulate or soot emissions. Diesel engines can also produce a particularly carcinogenic type of hydrocarbon pollutant known as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which are generated during the diesel combustion process. The cetane index is a measure of the autoignition quality of a diesel fuel, with higher numbers meaning that the engine is easier to start in cold weather. Our products are exported to Asia, Europe, America, and the CIS

Standard diesel fuel (sometimes called diesel oil) comes in two grades: Diesel-1 (D1) and Diesel-2 (D2). Diesel or Diesel fuel in general is any fuel used in diesel engines. Thatâ??s why itâ??s also commonly called as AGO or Automotive Gas Oil. Diesel fuel is a type of fuel derived from the distillation of oil that is heavier than gasoline but lighter than engine oil and heavy.
