Garnet Sand , derived from mined Almandite and Andradite mineral deposits, is a semi-precious stone.Once extracted, it is processed and then screened to the desired grade. The combination of the high density and physical properties make Garnet nature's most highly efficient, effective and safe abrasive for both wet and dry blasting applications Pink Color 30-60 Mesh Alluvial Garnet Sand for Sandblasting Main Applications 1 Water filtration media 2 Sand blasting media 3 Water jet-cutting abrasive suggested materials: tile, Marble, granite, stone, stainless steel, steel plate. 4 Precise water jet-cutting, hole drilling, lapping 5 making coated or bonded abrasive tools
Garnet sand is made of garnet as raw material. It is a kind of iron-aluminum silicate with moderate hardness, high melting point and stable chemical properties. According to different products and structures, it presents different colors, such as dark red, brown red, pink and black. Widely used in optical industry, electronic industry, machinery industry, oil and gas and other industries.

1. Garnet is characterized by high specific gravity, large bulk density, reasonable particle size distribution, hardness, durability and compactness. 2, garnet is a natural mineral, high hardness, acid and alkali resistance, in the processing, filtration and washing process can meet the stringent requirements of corrosion resistance, wear rate and broken rate is low, can greatly extend the service life of the filtration system. 3. The polyhedral characteristics of garnet can ensure that there are more gaps between different particles, which can play a better filtering effect than the ordinary round or oval particles of other filter materials.

Micro Silica Sand: Micro silica also known as fume, is an amorphous (non-crystalline) polymorph of silicon dioxide, silica. It is an ultrafine powder collected as a by-product of the silicon and ferrosilicon alloy production and consists of spherical particles with an average particle diameter of 150 mm. The main field of application is as pozzolanic for high performance concrete because of its extreme fineness and high silica. Applications : Silica is added to Portland cement concrete to improve its properties, in particular its compressive strength, bond strength, and abrasion resistance. These improvements stem from both the mechanical improvements resulting from addition of a very fine powder to the cement paste mix as well as from the pozzolanic reactions between the silica fume and free calcium hydroxide in the paste. Advantages : Addition of silica also reduces the permeability of concrete to chloride ions, which protects the reinforcing steel of concrete from corrosion, especially in chloride-rich environments such as coastal regions and those of humid continental roadways and runways (because of the use of deicing salts) and saltwater bridges.
We are supplier and exporter of Silica Sand. Silica Sand * Silica Sand is a type of sand usually available in the form of quartz. It is a hard and crystalline form of mineral components. * Silica sand is the most abundant mineral with the purity more than 99.0%. It is the preferred choice of consumption for various industrial purposes.
