Clean all Heavy Industrial Cleaner removes paint, graffiti, tar, adhesives, resins, acrylic coatings, floor wax and ink ¡X as well as dirt and oils ¡X from a variety of surfaces; its balanced pH"7" simply dissolves whatever is on the surface. Its primary uses are industrial, commercial and residential on all surfaces including concrete, brick, masonry, stucco, cinder block, vinyl siding, wood, metal and fiberglass. Clean all Heavy Industrial Cleaner is designed to be used prior to application of our GBS Penetrating Sealer or Penetrating Gloss Sealer. This product should be diluted, based on the job to be performed: five-to-one water to cleaner for normal cleaning; one-to-ten for heavy cleaning; oil, grease, paint or adhesives. Clean All Heavy distributes non-toxic, biodegradable oil dispersant products. CAH is a dispersant, detergent, and degreaser. non-hazardous and solvent-free. The biodegradability of CAH is 100%.
