The working chamber has one group of stator and rotor,and the rotor rotates to produce a strong centrifugal force, which will sucks the materials into the working area, then all materials must go through shearing and be ejected from the working chamber.

2. Adopts the same-shaft ternary blender, high-speed homogeneity blender (Speed is 0-3500r/min, frequency
speed regulation), and low-speed scraper blender (Speed is 10-70r/min, frequency speed regulation).
3. Fast-cutting vortex emulsifying blender is used in the homogeneity head, scrape in a low speed and
automatically blend and cling to the bottom and wall of the boiler.
4. Adopts the vacuum to draw the material, especially for the powder drawing, which can avoid the powder
flying.
5. The whole working procedure is worked under the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material
coming into being bubble after high-speed blending and reach the requirements of sanitation and asepsis.
6. CIP cleaning system. The contact part of the vacuum emulsifying machine is made of SUS316L (SUS304)
materials. The polished level of the inner surface mirror is 300EMSH.
7. The electric-control part is Siemens.
8. This machine meets the CMP requirements.
