Automatic line designed to fill liquids, semi-thick or thick products (jam, marmelade, honey, creams, syrups, fruit juices) small dimensions' machine, ideals for small or medium-scale productions. Designed and built to minimize maintenance and downtime of the machine. Easy to use, with only a few simple settings, it is possible to manage different formats. The first station provide the blowing of the tilted empty jars to avoid possible foreign bodies or dust. The second station is responsible for the volumetric filling (dosage) of the product and for the distribution and closure of the Twist Off type capsules. The tird station applies adhesive label and back label or warranty seal.

In fact printing unit's project was developed inspiring to hyper systems technical concept. A system is said to be a hyper system if its features optimize a specified technical parameter. More in detail flexoline's printing unit exhibits: Hyper-fit-system: an innovative system is used for print rolls allowing for immediate fitting of cylinders of different diameter with no need for an adapter. In fact print rolls lay on a special algorithmical-studied curve that ables to keep constant the printing pressure varying the roll diameter. (it minimizes the fitting time). Hyper-fix-system: the plate cylinder is pneumatically clamped with a conical piston that grants irreversibility of motion and reduces motions and vibrations to a minimum. (it optimizes stability). Hyper-clean-system: when the machine stops, the ink roller (anilox) is first removed, followed (after a settable time) by the print cylinder, in order to clean ink in excess (an essential operation when using non-uv inks).(it minimizes cleaning time). The DURFO SET 1200 monoblock is designed to fill jars and bottles with thick products and cap with twist-off closures. Electrowelded stainless steel base-frame placed on 4 adjustable supports (in alternative placed on wheels).
