Copper Billet 99.99
We are Manufacturer of high grade Copper & Aluminium based Alloys Ingots, Billets We manufacture all grades of Al & Cu Alloys viz. Gunmetal, Tin Bronze, Leaded Bronze, Manganese ,Phosphorous Bronze Aluminium Ingots etc as per JIS, BS, ASTM, DIN, IS, EN & UNI STD.
We hold immense expertise in making available Copper in many forms including LME registered and non registered cathodes, billets, rods, cakes, bars, foil, sheet, granules, plates, powder, shot, turnings, wire, insulated wire, mesh and “evaporation slugs”. Copper is one of the most important metals. Copper is reddish with a bright metallic lustre. It is malleable, ductile, and a good conductor of heat and electricity (second only to silver in electrical conductivity). Its alloys, brass and bronze, are very important. Monel and gun metals also contain copper. The most important compounds are the oxide and the sulphate, (blue vitriol
Copper mould tubes for CCM Copper mould tubes are used as a cooling spare part for continuous casting machines. 1. Square copper mould tube 2. Rectangular copper mould tube 3. Round copper mould tube 4. Beam blank copper mould tube 5. Non-standard copper mould tube Square Mould 50X50~650X650 Rectangular (100~500)X650 Round mould Ф110-Ф1500 Design with double taper, triple taper Multi-taper, parabolic taper and various kinds of continuous taper Non-standard mould Beam blank mould The materials of copper mould tubes should be the ones with good tensile strength, fatigue strength, proper hardness, low elongation and high heat conductivity coefficient. As a result, material like phosphorous deoxidize copper CU-DHP,CUAG0.1P, CR-ZR-CU are widely accepted by users of all countries. Coatings: Copper has lower hardness which leads to lower anti-abrasive property. Therefore, the area at the lower part of the moulds, where the stress increases drastically due to shells, will be more severely worn. To increase the life time of copper moulds, Uniform mould interior surface plating with suitable hardness is needed. We use hard chrome plating to increase the life of mould tubes. The plating thickness will be controlled in the best range. As for the coating of copper mould plates, based on our years of experience, we are able to provide Cr coating, Ni-Cr coating, Ni-Fe coating and Ni-Co-Cr coating to meet the demand of various customers both at home and abroad.
Steel billets result from the second stage of the steel production process. They are hot-rolled or forged from an ingot or strand cast. steel billets from 45 x 45 mm to 150x150 mm, and round steel billets from 120 mm to 270 mm in diameter. Length : Specifiable up to 12 m Quality : In various internationally well known standards including afnor (nf), aisi, astm, bs, din, euronorm, gost, jis, iso, sae, si, ts, uni, etc. (eg. Astm a 615 gr 40 or 60, bst 420 s, din 488, st 37.2 din 17100, nfa 35015 and 16, bs 4449 (gr 250 or 460), jis g 3112 (sd 30, 35, 40), si 739 s 400, si 739 s 400 w, feb 44 k, 3 sp/ps or 5 sp/ps gost 380 88, 35 gs or 25 g2s, gost 5781-82, etc) Other grades available according to customer's request
Copper is found in natural ore deposits around the world. The most abundant ore are chalcopyrite and bornite, which contain both copper and iron sulphides. These account for about 80% of the worlds known ores. We supply ores with copper content within fairly narrow ranges of specifications to satisfy our customer needs
A billet is a length of metal that has a round or square cross-section, with an area less than 36 in2 (230 cm2). Billets are created directly via continuous casting or extrusion or indirectly via hot rolling an ingot or bloom. Billets are further processed via profile rolling and drawing. Final products include bar stock and wire. Centrifugal casting is also used to produce short circular tubes as billets, usually to achieve a precise metallurgical structure. They are commonly used as cylinder sleeves where the inner and outer diameters are ground and machined to length. Because their size is not modified significantly, they are not always classified as semi-finished casting products.
