Chopped steel fiber As an important family member from dnzs metal fibres products, our chopped stell fibres are carefully shaved and exported according to common international standards. Our products are strictly in line with us, european, japanese standards and specifications for automotive friction industry. The performance of chopped steel fibre has proven itself in hundreds of applications. The properties of steady braking, durability, excellent heat-sinking capacity, stable friction factor, low noisy are unavailable in any single alternative material. So they are widely used in brake manufacturing of motorcycles, automobiles, trains and planes. Common basis packing material is compound bag with one layer plastic and two-layer paper bag, 50lbs or 25kgs per bag, with other weights available upon request.
Chopped steel wools are used in brake pad and clutch of automobile, motorcycle, locomotive and airplane as raw material with excellent properties of stability, low wear rate and good heat dissipation. So far, no substitute has been found to match its properties. 1. Specification D0-160, D1-80, AD1-80, 1-80, 3L-80, 3-60, Q4-80 2. Worsted wool fabric is primarily used in tailored garments like suits, distinguishing it from woolen wool, which is typically used for knitted items like sweaters. The key characteristic of worsted yarn is its straight, parallel fibers. This sets it apart from woolen yarns, where the wool's natural crimp is retained. In the production of worsted yarns, the crimp is removed during the spinning process, resulting in a smoother, finer texture. We produce worsted wool from Merino sheep, renowned for their coats that yield the finest and softest wool available. Additional Details: All of our yarns are standard, but we are open to providing customized yarn production and services. Yarns can be supplied on 4*20â?? plastic and paper cones, PSDP, or 3*30â?? paper cones. For knitting yarns, we can also provide yarns in hank form, in addition to the above packaging. The standard package weight is 1.5 kg, but we can accommodate customized package dimensions upon request. Typically, yarns are supplied on 4*20â?? plastic cones, though we can also provide plastic cones for packaging as required.

The Tire derived Steel or Tire Wire Scrap is a light melting scrap obtained during the shredding and granulation process of used tires. Generally 10% - 20% of the weight of an old passenger car tyre usually consists of steel. An average shredding plant produces about 100-200 MT of steel tyre wire and its quality can vary according to technology, storing and management systems adopted by the producing plants. We can provide tire wire scrap that still contains up to 20% rubber/fiber. This percentage is detected by manual separation test. The material can be loaded loose in 40 HC container.
