CC-403 Epilox Epoxy Binder is a two part solvent free epoxy resin binder system for combining with selected fillers and aggregate to produce epoxy mortars of various consistencies. Ideal for : bonding, sealing, priming, coating and grouting. May be used on vertical or horizontal applications as structural epoxy adhesive paste and filler. CC-403 is also used as a primer for Epilox floor coatings and toppings as well as Epilox mortars.

PREPARE TO USE
1. Clean with vacuum to ensure the surface dustless.
2. Working site is free from dust, sand, oil, and loose.
a). Crack and Joint Treatment
b). File on the crack, open a width of 2 3 cm depth of 1 cm or more groove joints and
clean up dust and loose.
c). At the same time taking CC 200 mortar, filled in and up the crack and sizing 1 2 times
primer after 2 4 hours.

Prepare to use
1. Mix base and hardener by the mixing ratio and Stir thoroughly, then setting at least 15 minutes. Thinner may be used to reduce viscosity.
2. Remove all foreign particles, oils, grease , rust and moistures from the surface before application.
3. Two packs product, must be used completely during the duration of its pot life.
4. Donâ??t apply when the temperature is < 10â??,>40â??, relative humidity is >90â?? or the surface temperature of substrate is not higher than the dew point for at least 3â??.
5. If the coating interval is exceeded , the surface of base coat must be roughened to insure adhesion.
6. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame.
7. Stored with good ventilation.
8. Keep adequate ventilation during application.
9. The actual coverage may vary, depending on application technique, job conditions and type of surface. Under brushing & rolling application the actual coverage is estimated at 70% of the Theoretical coverage and 60% for spraying.
